Your payment and participation in Express Business Listing program guarantees that within three business days a member of the ThisisRI.com editorial staff will look at your site and consider it for inclusion in the ThisisRI.com directory. If your web site is not selected (based primarily on the below requirements) for listing in the ThisisRI.com directory, we will refund 100% of your money...guaranteed.

Requirements for being included in the ThisisRI.com Directory:

• Your business must be related to, reside in, or cater to Rhode Islanders. (For example, if your business resides in Massachusetts, but caters to Rhode Islanders, your inclusion would be appropriate.)
• Your business web site must be appropriate for an all age audience.
• You agree that ThisisRI.com will place your link in a category which is most appropriate, as determined by ThisisRI.com's editors. You may request here that your site be moved to another location on the ThisisRI.com directory but we do not guarantee that it will. (In most cases, there is no problem moving the site to another location within the directory)
• You agree that ThisisRI.com may edit your description of your web site. (This doesn't usually happen.)
• You agree that your payment is non-refundable and not pro-rated. Payment is for an annual term.
• You have the right to request that your business link be removed from the ThisisRI.com directory at any time. After confirmation, your web site will be removed, at your request. However, you must resubmit payment in the event that you want to re-list your web site on the ThisisRI.com directory.
